Many of the cookies we use are only set if you are a registered WordPress.com user (so you don’t have to log in every time, for example), while others are set whenever you visit one of our websites, irrespective of whether you have an account.
To keep track of cart data, WooCommerce makes use of 3 cookies:
The first two cookies contain information about the cart as a whole and helps WooCommerce know when the cart data changes. The final cookie (wp_woocommerce_session_) contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. No personal information is stored within these cookies.
I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED ABOVE
Right to Erasure requests. If you would like to have your information removed from our system, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please understand we will need to confirm your identity before beginning the process. The data of a person that can expect to be erased includes — name, address, phone number — and the less obvious, such as tracking numbers and VAT IDs. We will probably need to keep some data for a limited time to comply with contractual obligations and protect ourselves, like keeping tracking IDs to defend against shipping disputes or keeping VAT information for tax audits. Please feel free to reach out to us with questions.
